The toilet room is equipped with a toilet (5) and a flushing cistern fixed behind a rear wall (2), with a storage space (12a,12b) for toilet rolls. On the under side of the storage space is a removal aperture (20) from which toilet tissues can be withdrawn. On the upper side of the storage space is a replenishment aperture (18) through which fresh toilet rolls can be filled. The storage space is behind the rear wall, and the removal aperture is provided in the rear wall. Above the flushing cistern is a cover plate (1), in which the replenishment aperture is located. This aperture can also be optionally located in the rear wall.
