<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a multiple drive/multiple output type piezoelectric transformer inverter that brightness or the like of a cold-cathode discharge tube becomes uncontrollable since the voltage at both ends of the large-sized cold cathode discharge tube become positive high voltage and negative high voltage, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: The power supplied to a secondary side load is enabled to control, by constructing so as to keep the power supplied to a primary side of the piezoelectric transformer almost constant, by controlling the current flowing through the primary side of the piezoelectric transformer and the voltage thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
