<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of operation failure in an engine accessory due to temperature raise control of a particulate filter during the time when the accessory on a specially equipped vehicle is used. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device to be used for a special equipped vehicle wherein the accessory 15 is driven by taking engine power in idling condition through a power take-off device 14. The exhaust emission control device is provided with a catalytic regeneration type particulate filter 6 installed on the way of an exhaust pipe 4, an exhaust gas temperature raising means (fuel injection device 10) raising temperature of exhaust gas to a predetermined temperature of higher in an upstream thereof, a control device 9 outputting temperature raising command (fuel injection signal 10a) for making the exhaust gas temperature raising means operate when continuation of idling state longer than a predetermined period of time is confirmed. Temperature raising command is not output from the control device 9 only when a switch (PTO switch 16) for the power take-off device 14 is turned on and operation input is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
