摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange method and a latent heat storing type heat exchanger that are optimum for commercial cogeneration, have improved rapid load leveling, and can reduce installation costs. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat exchange method in the latent heat storing type heat exchanger, an outer cylinder for composing the outer periphery surface of a heat exchange cell is provided, a container for accommodating a latent heat storing member is arranged inside the outer cylinder, a heating medium is circulated from the upper portion to the lower portion of the outer cylinder, and heat is radiated or stored by utilizing the phase transformation of the latent heat storing member. In the heat exchange method, a process for allowing a heating medium flowing down in contact with the heat transmission surface of the container to flow down at the outer periphery section of the container, and a process for allowing the heating medium to flow down the inner periphery section of the container are alternately combined for circulation meandering from the upper portion to the lower portion.
