PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio unit for achieving satisfactory sound quality inexpensively. SOLUTION: A CD/DVD player 10 outputs audio data by both of digital and analog signals. An audio processor 20 integrates the digital and analog signals each before calculating an average volume level based on the integration. Then, the average volume level of the digital signal and that of the analog signal are adjusted based on the maximum output level of an amplifier 30 for comparison. After that, the audio processor 20 adjusts the volume of the audio data based on the compared result for outputting it to the amplifier 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
