PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera that can be used for a longer time in low-temperature environments. SOLUTION: The electronic camera 1 is driven by power supplied from a battery 6. The electronic camera 1 includes a voltage detection means 7 for detecting the voltage of driving power supplied from the battery 6, a temperature sensor 4 for detecting the inside temperature or ambient temperature of the device, and a system control means 9. The system control means 9 adds a correction value, which is determined by the detected temperature, to the detected voltage.
