PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous motor wherein the weight can be reduced, and torque and efficiency can be enhanced, and the man-hour for assembly can be reduced. SOLUTION: A stationary part 2 comprises; a stator 6 provided on its inner circumferential surface with 12 tooth portions 5; first bent cores 7 bonded to the upper and lower end faces of the individual tooth portions 5 in the axial direction; stationary part coils 8A to 8C wound on both the side faces of each tooth portion 5 in the circumferential direction and the inside face of the first bent cores 7; first dust cores 10 installed at the tips of the individual tooth portions 5 in the radial direction. A rotational part 3 comprises: a rotor 12 provided on it outer circumferential surface with eight rotor tooth portions 11; a rotating shaft 13 provided at the center of its rotation; second bent cores 15 bonded to the upper and lower end faces of the individual rotor tooth portions 11 in the axial direction; and second dust cores 16 installed at the tips of the individual rotor tooth portions 11 in the radial direction.
