PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device having a combustor, a first pole and a second pole, under which energy generated by combustion can produce a pair of stable electronic holes and generate a potential difference between the poles. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of an inlet area 4 for receiving high pressure fuel 5 and combustion support material 6, an outlet area 7 for exhaust air for combustion product material with lower pressure, and nano or micro-porous semiconductor material, and includes the combustor 2 having a separating device 9 for separating the inlet area 4 from the outlet area 7. The separating device 9 has the plurality of nano or micro-fine holes 10 for regulating between the inlet area 4 and the outlet area 7. The surface for the semiconductor material of the separating device 9 is at least partially shielded by a layer 11 which is made by conductive or semi-conductive material for forming pn joint, shot key joint or hetero joint.
