PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device (sheet metal patch antenna) which is capable of miniaturizing a radiation conductor plate, also reduces a dielectric loss and further can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: A sheet metal patch antenna 10 comprises: a ground conductor 11 composed of a metal plate; a dielectric substrate 12 placed and fixed on the ground conductor 11; a radiation conductor plate 13 that is composed of a metal plate disposed at a predetermined interval on the dielectric substrate 12; legs 14 formed by cut-raising and folding four portions of the radiation conductor plate 13 closer to its outer periphery to the side of the dielectric substrate 12; and a power feeding metal piece 15 extending from a power feeding point of the radiation conductor plate 13. The legs 14 are soldered to solder lands 16 provided in four corners on an upper surface of the dielectric substrate 12 to hold the radiation conductor plate 13 at a predetermined height position. Further, the solder lands 16 face the ground conductor 11 via the dielectric substrate 12, thereby forming additional capacitance between each of the solder lands 16 and the ground conductor 11.
