PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element restrained from generation of short-circuited part, excellent in durability. SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescent element having a positive electrode, an organic layer, and a negative electrode, at least one of the positive electrode, at least one layer out of the organic layer, or the negative electrode is formed by a vacuum evaporation method, and the range of the fluctuation of evaporation speed is controlled within±20% of a prescribed value.
