PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interfacing method of an image display panel, having the effect of the reduction of EMI noise and the effect of the reduction of a consumed current. SOLUTION: Since the image display panel modifies only the pixel data of an effective part by an active signal ACT, the interface method of the image display panel, having the effect of the reduction of the EMI noise and the effect of the consumption current, can be realized.
