PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance-introducing agent which efficiently introduces an objective substance and has no cytotoxic activity induced by an infectious virus itself. SOLUTION: The objective substance (e.g. a natural or synthetic substance such as a nucleic acid, a peptide, a protein, polysaccharides, glycolipid and a physiologically active substance) is encapsulated in a liposome (an active genosome) having a viral coat protein on its surface.
