PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose which can suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in a resin cover layer without hindering the bending performance of the hose with its outer surface rubber layer coated with the resin cover layer. SOLUTION: In the hose, a wire reinforcing layer 4 is arranged between an inner surface rubber layer 1 and the outer surface rubber layer 2, and the resin cover layer 5 is formed on the peripheral side of the outer surface rubber layer 2. When the 100% modulus of the rubber constituting the outer surface rubber layer 2 is Mc (MPa), the thickness (mm) is tc, the Young's modulus of a resin constituting the resin cover layer 5 is Mr (MPa), and the thickness (mm) is tr, a parameter P expressed by the formula of P=(Mr/Mc)(tc/tr)<SP>1/4</SP>(Mc×tc+Mr×tr)/(tc+tr) is made 180,000 or below.
