PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil ink writing utensil with an ink remover which can easily and cleanly remove the oil ink adhering to an adherend into which the oil ink does not permeate such as a skin. SOLUTION: This oil ink writing utensil is constituted of a main body 1 of the oil ink writing utensil and an ink remover 2 which is mounted on the main body 1 and can remove the oil ink adhering to the oil ink non-permeable adherend by moistening/rubbing the oil ink with water. In addition, an emulsification phenomenon is frictionally caused between the oil ink adhering to the adherend and the water by moistening the oil ink with the water and rubbing the oil ink using the ink remover 2. Next, the emulsified oil ink is released from the adherend 2 by transiting and at the same time, making the oil ink adhere to the surface of the ink remover 2.
