PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permselective separation membrane constituted so as to reduce the elution of endotoxin contained in the membrane as impurities, to reduce the irritation properties to a living body and especially suitable as a hollow fiber type blood purifier having high water permeability used in the treatment of chronic renal failure. SOLUTION: This permselective separation membrane is characterized in that the amount of endotoxin eluted from the membrane is 150 EU/m<SP>2</SP>or below. The sieve coefficient of alubmin of the permselective separation membrane is 0.01-0.30 and, when the content of a hydrophilic polymer in the vicinity of the inner surface of the membrane is set to A and the content of the hydrophilic polymer of the whole of the membrane is set to B, the relation of A and B is A≥5 mass% and B/A≤0.4 and the clearance ofβ2MG is 40 mL/min or above.
