PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration of a laundry pole doubling as a fire ladder to be used for evacuation or the like which does not need time for assembly or the like unlike conventional fire ladders, is lightweight, has stable rungs and can be used for multiple purposes. SOLUTION: The laundry pole doubling as a fire ladder is provided with a hook and an inserting rod at the end of a single pole and a detachable separating and stabilizing part and a plurality of rungs on its body.
