Disclosed herein is a mobile communication terminal having a privacy protection function. The mobile communication terminal includes a security edition unit, a security setting information storage unit and a security execution unit. The security editing unit registers the terminal numbers of target wired/wireless communication terminals and setting an incoming call alarm condition. The security setting information storage unit stores the terminal numbers of the target wired/wireless communication terminals and the incoming call alarm condition. The security execution unit communication terminals and stores the call reception information in the memory without displaying the call reception information. The call reception information stored in the memory is extracted and displayed at the request of the user.
