POS SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC RECEIPT ISSUANCE SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC RECEIPT ISSUANCE METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a value-added electronic receipt by a simple configuration.

SOLUTION: A POS system comprises a merchandise master storage part 321 for storing a merchandise master whose necessary items are at least a merchandise name, a unit price and merchandise-attached data attached to each piece of merchandise, an electronic receipt data generation part 87 for acquiring purchase merchandise information identifying purchase merchandise of a customer and reading out the necessary items from the merchandise master to generate electronic receipt data, and a data writing part 90 for writing the generated electronic receipt data into a membership card C. The electronic receipt data generation part 87 generates housekeeping book input data read into housekeeping book software built in a personal computer possessed by the customer according to at least the merchandise name and unit price, and generates attached data for displaying merchandise information about each piece of merchandise on a display screen of the personal computer according to at least the merchandise name and merchandise-attached data.
