<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic couple distribution system within a mobile object which simplifies acquisition of an electronic coupon by using a display device within the mobile object. <P>SOLUTION: The device is arranged in a taxi and receives via the Internet 2 an electronic advertisement and the electronic coupon accompanying the electronic advertisement to display them to the display device 3. The display device 3 has an electronic coupon part 3a and a touch panel 3b in which the electronic coupon is transmitted to the portable telephone by operation.
