PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relaxation system, a relaxation method and a relaxation program by which the recovery from fatigue can more effectively be performed in a short time.

SOLUTION: The acceleration of a fitted section is measured by a calory meter 50 which can be fitted on the human body, and the activity information of the human body is estimated by a CPU based on the measured acceleration. A massaging motion is controlled by the control circuit of a massager 100 based on the estimation result. Also, an air adjusting device 500, an illuminating device 510 and an image sound device 520 are controlled based on the estimation result.
