<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solar cell capable of producing an LPE silicon-film solar cell, which has a large current and in which an FF is not lowered. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the solar cell has a process in which a growth preventive layer 2 is formed on the surface of a substrate 1 composed of polycrystalline silicon, a process in which the layer 2 is worked in an electrode-shaped pattern, and a process in which a first silicon film 3 having a texture-shaped surface is formed. The manufacturing method further has a process in which the layer 2 in the electrode pattern is removed, a process in which a second silicon film 4 is formed at a place where at least the layer 2 is removed, and a process in which an electrode 5 is formed on the silicon film 4 formed at the place where the layer 2 is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
