<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight simply structured wet dust collector. <P>SOLUTION: The wet dust collector 1 is provided with a cylindrical processing chamber 2 in one end section side of which an objective gas A is flowed and a solution tank 3 for storing a foaming solution R, and has a foaming means 5 for foaming the solution R supplied from the tank 3 through an opening section 51 and supplying the same to the interior of the chamber 2 and a recovery section 9 for recovering the entrapped dust together with the solution R to the tank 3.
