<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data display method in which an input operation can be performed efficiently by a method wherein, when a weld line position is input, data by the small number of magnetic sensors which are selected from many magnetic sensors and which are abnormal up to now is displayed on a display part which displays data on a magnetic flux leakage pig. SOLUTION: When a weld line position is detected, data by all magnetic sensors is not required at all. Most of weld line positions can be judged by using data by the small number of magnetic sensors. When the input instruction of the weld line position is input to a computer, data by selected magnetic sensors is displayed on the proper place of a display screen. The data is observed while the screen is being scrolled to the movement direction of a magnetic flux leakage pig, and the weld line position is judged so as to be input as data. When the data is different from other data so as to be judged as the abnormality of the magnetic sensors, the magnetic sensors to be displayed are selected, and the abnormal magnetic sensors are replaced by other magnetic sensors. After that, data by the newly selected magnetic sensors is displayed on the screen.</p> |
