PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of preventing a print charge from becoming a huge monetary amount in the case of carrying out automatic printing on the basis of a print ordering file. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 makes print settings to a photographed image in interlocking with an photographing operation to acquire an image of one frame when an automatic print setting function is turned on in a one-frame photographing mode and records the print ordering file to a memory card 90. In a consecutive photographing mode on the other hand, the digital camera 1 is configured to prevent print settings from automatically being made to many acquired images at consecutive shot by limiting the automatic print setting function or limiting the consecutive shot operation.
