PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve heat dissipation characteristics of a motor component by adding an aluminum molten metal to a preform product formed of a carbon fiber and reforming them. SOLUTION: In the method of forming a motor component and the motor component, the carbon fiber (2) is charged inside a preliminary die (1) and is formed to obtain the preform product (2), then the preform product (2) is charged inside a finish mold (3), the aluminum molten metal (4) is added thereto, and they are pressurized to obtain a final formed part (6).
