PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice hanger hanging and posting a wide variety of notices such as various kinds of boards, papers and the like. SOLUTION: The notice hanger is so constituted that a horizontally long rail member 3 on the bottom of which a hook part 7 is formed is nearly horizontally attached to a wall surface 2, and a cover member 8 having a paper clip part 12 which pinches the upper end of the paper P and hangs the paper is freely attachably and detachably attached to the front face of the rail member 3.
