SOLUTION: In this lightweight volumetric member mounted on a lower part of a casing 2 of the transmission 1 or on a baffle plate 3 mounted on the lower part of the casing 2, and having specific gravity smaller than that of a lubricant, one or a plurality of lubricant guide recessed grooves 8 are formed on height positions higher than a lubricant sluice level Ls and lower than a lubricant steady level Lo.
