PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor capable of preventing abnormal wear of a roller and a vane even when using polyol ester as refrigerant free from chlorine in molecule and lubricating oil or polyvinyl ether as base oil and having high reliability. SOLUTION: Such vane that radius of curvature (Rv) (cm) in a slide-contact part of the vane and the roller is expressed by the following expression (1) is used.
