PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing the lack in water on a flow plate part of a coating booth in which the lack in water on an overflow plate part or the lack in a water film on an air suction part is prevented with a simple structure to improve the collection efficiency of an unapplied coating material. SOLUTION: In the venturi type coating booth in which cleaning water flows down through the overflow plate 4 from a water channel 1 provided with a partition plate 3 and housing the cleaning water, a rhombic meshed net 5 is mounted between the partition plate 3 of the water channel 1 and the overflow plate 4 or on the surface of the overflow plate 4.
