PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing/drying machine preventing a drying process from being executed unless a dehumidifying function is normally functioned by detecting a state of non-pouring cooling water to a heat exchanger constituting a dehumidifying means. SOLUTION: This drum type washing/drying machine is so constituted, when starting the drying process, as to delay the pouring of the cooling water to a heat exchanger 51, when starting to pour water a predetermined hours later, determines abnormality of supply of the cooling water by detecting whether the temperature detected by a cooling water temperature sensor 67, which detects the temperature of the cooling water after poured to the heat exchanger 51 and exchanging the heat, is lowered or not, and when detecting the abnormality of the water supply, executes a notification of the water supply abnormality.
