A movable valve (22) is provided at the peripheral surface of another valve (22-1), so that an outer seal (22-3) is engaged at the inner wall of a cylindrical portion (16) of the coupling. The valve (22-1), an inner seal (22-2) and the outer seal are integrally molded by injection molding of polyimide resin. An independent claim is also included for movable valve.
