PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device composed by successively arranging a plurality of induction coils along the direction of a shaft of a roll, reduce a distance between adjacent induction heating coils with a simple construction, and solving the problem of unevenness of temperature distribution due to the distance between adjacent induction heating coils. SOLUTION: The induction heating coil has a plurality of induction heating coils successively arranged along the axis direction of the roll inside a hollow part of the rotating roll. Lead wires 11 and 12 positioned at adjacent end parts of the adjacent induction heating coils L11 and L12 are covered by a heat resistant insulating member 15, and the induction heating coils L11 and L12 are closely arranged.
