PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional spencer for wall construction work in reinforcing bar construction work wherein a hook part hooked on a distributing bar and a block are separate from each other, the work for connecting them is required when using it, much time is required in the work, and the spencer in which the hook part is buried into the block is bulky and makes its carrying inconvenient, although the work is simple. SOLUTION: The hook part hooked on the distributing bar is made into a fitting type to facilitate the work for connecting the hook part with the block.
