An x- ray set up has a source of x-ray (8) and an x-ray detector (9) for the production of a first radiograph data record of an investigation object. A second x-ray detector (20) is provided for the production of a second radiograph data record of the investigation object. The second x-ray detector has a smaller detector surface (23) than the first x-ray detector. The second radiograph data record has a larger local dissolution than the first radiograph data record radiograph (12). An independent claim is included for the production of a radiograph data record.
