<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a discharged amount appropriate in discharging an anode off-gas containing impure substances from a fuel gas circulation flow passage. <P>SOLUTION: This is a discharging method of a fuel cell system provided with a fuel cell 1 to generate electric power because a fuel gas is supplied to the anode 3 and oxidizer gas is supplied to a cathode 4, the fuel gas circulation flow passage 20 to supply the anode off-gas discharged from the anode 3 of the fuel cell 1 to the anode 3 again, and an discharge valve 21 to enable to discharge the fuel gas from the fuel gas circulation flow passage 20. When there is a demand to discharge the anode off-gas from the fuel gas circulation flow passage 20, a demanded discharged amount of the anode off-gas to be discharged from the fuel gas circulation flow passage 20 according to a power generation state of the fuel cell 1 is calculated, and open-close of the exhaust valve 21 is controlled so that the amount of gas to be actually discharged from the discharge valve 21 may be equal to the demanded discharged amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
