<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food and beverage having antiallergic functions useful for preventing and/or treating allergy. <P>SOLUTION: The antiallergic composition comprises the food or the beverage having the antiallergic functions owing to L. paracasei KW3110 strain having high antiallergic activity and its mutant strain as effective components. The food and the beverage having the antiallergic functions especially express effect for environmental allergies such as hay fever, atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivits and the like.
