<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium, which can favorably be recorded and reproduced by laser with wavelength of 300-900 nm and a new arylene derivative. <P>SOLUTION: This optical recording medium has at least one recording layer including at least one arylene diamine derivative and can be recorded and reproduced by laser beams selected from the range of wavelength of 300-900 nm, especially wavelength of 390-430 nm and further wavelength of 400-410 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
