摘要
本发明提供了一种电力用混凝剂聚合硫酸铁的生产方法,解决了现有方法中存在的催化剂用量大,反应时间长,对环境污染大,成本高及在热力发电厂水处理应用中存在不足等问题。本发明采用:空气予氧化硫酸亚铁溶液,再从催化氧化器加入亚硝酸钠和纯氧,氧化硫酸亚铁和硫酸混合溶液,不需加热加压。使反应时间缩短了50%,催化剂用量减少了40%,再经复合,稳定等过程,生产出效果良好的电力用混凝聚合硫酸铁。
