PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen and a rotary roll causing little biting-in of a hard mass between the rotary rolls when sieving a treating object including the hard mass such as a stone and gravel. SOLUTION: The adjacent rotary rolls 1a and 1b can be mutually rotated in the opposite direction, and a disk 2 of one rotary roll 1b is oppositely arranged in a roll shaft part 1s of the other rotary roll 1a. The disk 2 has a plane shape where a biting angleθformed by the roll shaft part 1s and a tangent of the disk 2 and a virtual sphere G satisfiesθ≥tan-1μwhen contacting the virtual sphere G with clearance D of the roll shaft part 1s of the rotary rolls 1a and 1b as a diameter, with the disk 2 and an outer peripheral surface of the roll shaft part 1s. Theμis a larger friction coefficient with the hard mass included in the treating object and the roll shaft part or the disk.
