PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment attached with a waist size adjusting mechanism having appearance same as that of a garment such as usual pants and easy to change a condition of continuously changing a waist size to a condition of fixing a waist size. SOLUTION: This garment as a pair of lady's pants 1 is so designed that a usual button hole 6 is set on a upper front belt part 2, a second button hole 5 is set on a lower front belt part 3, a button 4 sewn on a movable cloth set on the inside of the lower front belt part 3 is projected outside the second button hole 5 and movable in the second button hole 5. The second button hole 5 is hidden under the upper front belt part 2 through engaging the button 4 with the button hole 6 of the upper front belt part 2 and closing a fastener, and the lady's pants 1 allows to continuously change a waist size to have comfortable wear of feeling.
