PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow anybody to easily install and remove a dew preventive panel to window glass. SOLUTION: A soft resin belt-like corner member 10 having a cross-sectional U-shaped inserting part 14 and thickened in an adhesive surface part 11 with the window glass 21, is adhered in an L shape to the two-side peripheral edges on the inside (the inside air side) of the window glass 21 by turning the U-shaped inserting part 14 inside. While, the corner member 10 is respectively installed in an L shape in close contact on the two-side peripheral edges 1a of the dew preventive panel 1 composed of a polycarbonate material superior in transparency via the U-shaped inserting part 14. Next, the two-side peripheral edges unattached with the corner member 10 in the dew preventive panel 1, are inserted in close contact with the U-shaped inserting part 14 of the corner member 10 installed in an L shape on the window glass 21.
