PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently provide a reconstruction method for principally aiming at preventing water leakage and improving heat insulating performance of a rooftop part in a concrete house with the existing rooftop. SOLUTION: This reconstruction method includes a support frame assembling process of assembling a substantially horizontal support frame 5 gently inclining in one direction above dirt floor concrete 1 of the rooftop part, a folded plate arranging process of closely juxtaposing a cross-sectional waveform folded plate 10 on the support frame 5, a support base installing process of installing a support base 14 of a rooftop floor material on the folded plate 10, and a rooftop floor material laying process of laying the rooftop floor material 16 on the support base 14.
