PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method and an inkjet recording apparatus, which are used for obtaining recording with high image quality and excellent fastness properties at an ultra high speed and in a highly reproducible manner. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording method and the inkjet recording apparatus, using a photo-setting ink, light is pre-applied to a predetermined position of a material to be recorded; and recording is done by making the photo-setting ink reach a light irradiation part and curing the photo-setting ink, while surface properties are uniformly clarified.
