PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish non-washing rice wherein the rice bran layer on the surface of polished rice is perfectly removed only by once passing polished rice through a dry non-washing rice manufacturing apparatus and to easily perform the connection with a rice milling machine or the like in a restricted place. SOLUTION: In this dry non-washing rice manufacturing apparatus, the polished rice charged from a hopper 10 is transferred upward by a grain lifting cylinder 9 and a grain lifting spiral part 5 and sent to a polishing brush 7 by a brush spiral part 6 and polished. The polished rice polished by the polishing brush 7 is transferred upward by a discharge spiral part 8 to perform a series of treatment for discharging the polished rice to the outside from a product discharge part 14 through an outlet opening part 13. The grain lifting cylinder 9 provided with the hopper 10 and a discharge cylinder 12 provided with the product discharge part 14 are rotated by 1/4 rotation in a coaxial state to adjust the charging and discharging directions of polished rice so as to be matched with the position of a rice milling machine or the like.
