PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water barrier sheet having excellent attaching properties while ensuring a sufficient strength. SOLUTION: In the joining part structure of the water barrier sheet for laying water barrier sheets 1 and 2 on the wall surface W of a structure constructed to a predetermined region and mutually overlapping the ends parts of the adjacent water barrier sheets 1 and 2 to join them, the water barrier sheet is formed into a three-layered structure wherein both sides of core sheets 13 and 23 are covered with protective layers 14 and 24, and a first connection part 11 having a lap sheet 12 for fixing a part to the core sheet 13 along the joining part provided thereto and a second connection part 21 having an exposed part 22 not covered with the protective layer 24 formed thereto are provided to the end parts of the adjacent water barrier sheets 1 and 2 so as to be opposed to each other to arrange the first connection part 11 to the wall surface W of the structure to bring the lap sheet 12 and the exposed part 22 to a contact state and the adjacent water barrier sheets 1 and 2 are integrated.
