PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coating mist collector of a coating booth constituted so as to enhance the collection efficiency of coating mist in air from the air suction port provided to the lower end part of an overflow plate by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In a venturi type coating booth constituted so as to allow washing water to flow down from a water channel 1 housing washing water through the overflow plate 2, an arcuate mesh member 4 is arranged to the suction port part 3 provided to the lower end of the overflow plate 2 while an arcuate cover member 6 is arranged on the recessed curved surface side of the mesh member 4, so that the protruded curved surface side thereof is turned toward an air stream 8 while the recessed curved surface side thereof is opposed to the recessed curved surface side of the mesh member 4 and the air stream 8 passed through the mesh member 4 is converted to a meandering stream by the recessed curved surface of the cover member to be subjected to gas-liquid contact treatment three times to collect coating mist contained in air.
