PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of rigidity of a seat shell and to house an object to be housed such as an instruction manual so as to be easily taken in and out. SOLUTION: A seat receiving frame 7 having a flat part on the lower surface of a side end part is provided on the upper part of a support base 4 provided on the upper end of a leg rod 2, and the seat shell 12 is fixed to the upper part of the seat receiving frame 7. Also, on the side end part lower surface of the seat shell 12, a plurality of holding pieces 18 and 20 projecting downward from the lower surface surrounding the flat part and capable of holding at least four parts of an instruction manual 16 or the like to prevent its falling are provided.
