PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for coronary bypass operation capable of performing positional adjustment of a heart in a manner where blood circulation is stable and safe and safely performing anastomasis to an affected site where the vascular anastomasis is difficult in off pump coronary anastomasis (OPCAB). SOLUTION: The treatment instrument for the coronary bypass operation has a clip, a connection member connected with the clip, and a tubular member which makes the clip and the connection member slidable and controls the opening and closing of the clip. It becomes possible to perform anastomasis without the need of raising a heart higher as compared with the case of using a needle because a pericardium can be held by the clip.
