PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the oscillation operation of a tertiary overtone oscillation circuit using an oscillating element such as a crystal vibrator. SOLUTION: This oscillation circuit is equipped with the oscillating element 10 which has a 1st terminal and a 2nd terminal, a 1st resistor 20 which has a 1st terminal connected to the 2nd terminal of the oscillating element, an inverting amplifier circuit 30 which is connected between the 1st terminal of the oscillating element and the 2nd terminal of the 1st resistor, a plurality of resistors which are connected in series between the 1st terminal of the oscillating element and a 2nd terminal of a 1st resistor, the plurality of resistors including a 2nd resistor 41 made of single crystal silicon in which impurities are diffused and a 3rd resistor 42 made of polycrystalline silicon containing impurities.
