PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet connection fitting which has only a small parts count to contribute to low production costs and simplified setting work, to thereby reduce a fear of water leakage. SOLUTION: The faucet connection fitting 20 is inserted and fixed into a mounting hole 2 formed in a wall surface 1, and connects a pipe arranged on a rear side of the wall surface 1 to a faucet 5 set on a front side of the wall surface 1. The faucet connection fitting is integrally formed of a pipe-side connection portion 22 to which the pipe is connected, a faucet-side connection portion 24 to which the faucet 5 is connected, and a main body 26 arranged between the connection portions 22, 24. The main body 26 has a male screw portion 28 on which a fixing nut 42 is screwable, and a flange 30 which is arranged on one side of the male screw portion 28 closer to the pipe connection portion 22 and engageable with the periphery of the mounting hole 2. The faucet-side connection portion 24 has a box nut 40 to which a connection portion 12 of the faucet 5 is connectable. Then the fixing nut 42 is screwed onto the male screw portion 28.
